Rules and Regulations for Drawing
- Prize drawing will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009 immediately following the 2009 Viking Classic tournament. The deadline to purchase an entry at the tournament is Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 12:00 pm. All entries and payments must be received by said date. Prizes will be awarded regardless of number of tickets sold. The odds of winning will vary based on the number of tickets sold. If entry is mailed to the tournament office, it must be postmarked by Friday, October 23, 2009.
- This entry represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prizes under terms and conditions set forth below and the Winners Notification Agreement, the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference within.
- The winners agree to accept the prize "as is" with absolutely no express or implied warranties given by Century Club Charities, Inc.
- The winners will be sent a Winner Notification Agreement by certified, return receipt U.S. mail. The winners will have fourteen (14) days from the date of their receipt of the Winner Notification Agreement to accept the gift by executing and returning the Winner Notification Agreement pursuant to the terms stated herein. Failure to execute and return the Winner Notification Agreement and accept the prize "as is," timely, and pursuant to the terms stated therein, will automatically result in forfeiture of the prize, with no substation or alternative prize available to said original winner.
- Except where specifically stated, prizes may not be substituted or exchanged.
- All sales are final and non-refundable. Century Club Charities, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered mail. All defective or incorrect entries are disqualified.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Access to prizes by winners will be restricted until fully and unconditionally accepted by the winners on terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Winner Notification Agreement and complete delivery is made to the winners. All prizes remain the sole property of Century Club Charities, Inc. until unconditionally accepted "as is" by the winner.
- Century Club Charities, Inc. reserves the right to use the names, pictures, video images and relevant quotes of all winners.
- The winners of the prizes are subject to any and all Federal and State income taxes payable due to their acceptance of the prize.
- The winner of the prizes will be responsible for signing the Winner Notification Agreement and taking possession of all Viking kitchen products associated with the drawing, as well as executing all travel arrangements associated with the trips by October 30, 2010. Further details and specifications provided by Viking Range Corporation (www.vikingrange.com), The Alluvian Hotel & Spa (www.thealluvian.com) and The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun (www.ritzcarlton.com) for each of the prizes are listed below:
- The winner of the "Viking Kitchen Package" will receive the following Viking kitchen products as specified and have the option of selecting: either Gas (VGIC306-4B) or Electric (VESC530-4B) for the 30" Range; either Natural Gas or LP/Propane for the 41" Grill (VGIQ410), Cart (BQC410T1) and Cover (CV41T-C); either the Single Door Bottom-Mount (VCBF036) or French Door Bottom-Mount (VCFF036) for the 36" Freestanding Refrigerator. The winner will also receive and accept the following Viking major appliances as specified: 24" Dishwasher (VDB450) and Convection Microwave/Hood (VMOR205).
- The winner of the "Outdoor Grilling Package" will receive the following Viking kitchen products, as specified: the 41" Grill (VGIQ410), Cart (BQC410T1) and Cover (CV41T-C) and have the option of selecting either Natural Gas or LP/Propane for the Grill. The winner will also receive and accept the Viking BBQ Tool Set (BQTS) as specified.
- The winner of the "Wine Cellar Package" will receive the following Viking kitchen product, as specified: the 84" Full Height Wine Cellar (VCWB300) and 24 Riedel Wine Glasses.
- The winner of the "Travel Package" will receive the following two trips as specified:
- "Southern Hospitality, Viking Style" - 3 day/2 night stay in Alluvian Suites for two couples at The Alluvian Hotel & Spa, Greenwood, MS. In compliance with The Alluvian Hotel & Spa, the winner accepts that scheduling for the "Southern Hospitality, Viking Style" package is subject to availability and some blackout dates apply. Modifications will be made if any participant is under the age of 21. The "Southern Hospitality, Viking Style" package is non-transferable and expires October 30, 2010. Transportation and food & beverage are not included except as specifically noted.
- "Sizzle & Sun Escape" - 4 day/3 night stay in a Deluxe Ocean View Room for one couple at The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun. In compliance with The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, the winner accepts that scheduling for the "Sizzle & Sun Escape" package is subject to availability and excluding holiday long weekends, blackout dates, Easter, Thanksgiving and the Christmas season. The "Sizzle & Sun Escape" package is not transferable and not redeemable at any other Ritz-Carlton property and expires October 30, 2010. Air & ground transportation and food & beverage are not included in the "Sizzle & Sun Escape" package.
- The winner of the "Ultimate Culinary Package" will receive the following Viking products as specified: Convection Microwave Oven (VMOC205); Professional Blender (VBLG); 5 Qt. Stand Mixer (VSM); Professional Food Processor (VFP); 10 PC Cookware Set (Professional Series VSC); 13 PC Cutlery Set (Professional Series VCSR0113); 4 Slot Toaster (VT); Professional Hand Blender (VHB).
- Viking Range Corporation will be responsible for the tailgate delivery of the Viking kitchen products specified in the "Viking Kitchen Package", "Outdoor Grilling Package", and the "Wine Cellar Package" to the site of construction or remodeling site of the indoor or outdoor residential kitchen location. The winners of each of the three major appliance product packages listed above will be responsible for all construction costs; installation of products; any taxes incurred; and the following items if required for use and building permits: topo map, electrical, gas lines, plumbing, structural, landscaping plan, and any other county or city requirements for approved indoor or outdoor residential kitchen associated with the owner's parcel.
- Viking Range Corporation will be responsible for the delivery of the Viking culinary products specified in the "Ultimate Culinary Package" to the location of the winner's residential home. The winner of this package will be responsible for any taxes incurred.
- Viking Range Corporation will be responsible for providing the appropriate contact information for The Alluvian Hotel and Spa, and The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun. The winner of this package will be responsible for contacting the hotels directly and making any and all arrangements pertaining to the execution of these trips. The winner will also be responsible for any taxes incurred.
- Viking Range Corporation will provide all Viking major appliance products in the Professional Series with Stainless Steel finish and trim. All countertop appliances will be in Stainless Gray finish.. Viking Range Corporation reserves the right to make any substitutions of equal value for each of the Viking kitchen products and culinary products due to changes beyond our control. Should any winner request product upgrades or changes to any of the Viking kitchen or culinary products specified above, all additional costs and applicable taxes associated with these requests will be at the sole expense of the individual winner.
- All Proceeds benefit the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children.
- Purchase of this entry constitutes full agreement by the purchaser with all terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Winner Notification Agreement.
- Friends of Children's Hospital is Century Club Charities, Inc. designated charity and has variance power over all contributions.
- Members of the Friends of Children's Hospital, Inc. board of directors and their immediate households, members of Century Club Charities, Inc. board of directors and their immediate households, employees of Century Club Charities, Inc. and their immediate households are not eligible to participate.
- Winners need not be present at the drawing. Void where prohibited by law.
- By participating in this raffle, you hereby release and agree to hold harmless Century Club Charities, Inc., Viking Range Corporation, and Friends of Children's Hospital, Inc. from any and all liability, claims, costs, expenses and obligations of any kind relating to your purchase of the entry and participation in this drawing, except for the obligation to convey the prizes in accordance with these rules and regulations, the Winner Notification Agreement and other terms and conditions relating to this Drawing.
